How do you package materials?
Our standard packaging is in double wall corrugated 1/4 boxes and palletized on wooden skids, but in reality we can package any way our customer would like. We can do bulk packaging, polybags, clamshells, kraftboard boxes and label with any custom label configuration that you would like. FDL Fasteners packaging and labeling capabilities are nearly unlimited.

How does FDL Fasteners monitor quality?
FDL Fasteners takes both a proactive approach as well as verifying quality through the supply chain. We have a detailed supplier management and approval program as well as customizing both and in process and final inspection program at or near the manufacturing of the product. We work closely with our customers to ensure the proper surveillance whiling always keeping lean principles in mind. We work with our manufacturers to develop sound manufacturing processes because we work under the philosophy that you cannot inspect quality into a part. Inspection is only a verification that your manufacturing processes are sound.

What is the lead-time for your products?
Our initial lead-times range from Same Day to 120 days for initial order. However, once our business is more mature we would develop a delivery and replenishment program that met your companies needs. We have an extensive global reach for our products so lead-time usually depends on the needs of our customers.
